Redemption Terms & Conditions:

• Redemption value is allocated to the table booking name.

• The named booking holder must be present at the venue to redeem the value.

• A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in to apply the redemption.

• If the booking holder is not present or unable to present valid ID, the redemption value will not be applied, and standard charges will apply.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before an event are eligible for 100% refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before an event are eligible for 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days or less before an event are not eligible for any refund.

Bank and credit card charges may be applied to refunds.
